Financial Operations Manager

Role Overview

Lead the billing, accounts payable, and procurement functions, managing people, systems, and processes to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment execution.

What You Will Do

Oversee end-to-end monthly invoicing processes, review pre-billing validation controls, and lead billing remediation projects. Oversee accounts payable cycle, establish and enforce controls, and oversee ACH/electronic transfers. Continuously refine procurement and procure-to-pay strategies and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience across billing, accounts payable, procurement, and/or revenue operations
• Hands-on proficiency with Zone Billing, NetSuite, Avalara, and Ramp
• Native or advanced proficiency with AI tools and LLMs
• Fluency in working alongside AI
• Intellectual curiosity as a professional trait
• Demonstrated experience building controls, validation routines, and documented procedures that scale
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
