Role Overview

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate, you will act as an advisor to leaders in the Customer Success (CS) organization and be responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business.

What You Will Do

You will advise senior members of the CS organization on growing and optimizing their businesses, track business performance, lead operational processes, drive strategic planning processes, and lead and provide recommendations on strategic, cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related analytical/operational role
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SQL or related language
  • Experience leveraging AI for data analysis and synthesis
