Senior Program Manager, AI Initiatives, Go-To-Market Enablement

Role Overview

This role will lead and manage global go-to-market and field enablement programs, and develop project strategies for the Center of Excellence (COE) supporting AI initiatives. The Sr. Program Manager will help bring new AI-enabled capabilities from concept to launch and adoption across the field.

What You Will Do

The Sr. Program Manager will own delivery of AI-enabled capabilities end to end, serve as a consultative lead for AI-enabled program management practice, evaluate AI outputs critically, and ensure AI capabilities are built and deployed in line with LinkedIn’s Responsible AI principles.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project management
• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes
• Experience with change management, including planning for resistance and driving adoption rather than rollout
• Ability to build enough AI domain knowledge to be a credible partner to technical teams and to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Familiarity with how a large sales organization operates and how enablement drives performance within it
• Experience in high-growth, performance-focused environments
• Experience in the tech, digital education, or learning space
• Experience working on global enterprise businesses
• Experience managing indirect teams to achieve common goals
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
• PMP certification a plus
