Business Development Manager role to drive new business acquisition across target industries, build and manage long-term client relationships, and consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (360 or BD-focused)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient and results-driven
