Role Overview
The Head of Global Commercial Business Finance Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, process transformation, sales performance management, and strategic initiatives within the company’s Global Commercial Organization (GCO). This individual will serve as a key business partner to the Commercial Finance team in the regions and GCO leadership team, providing business insights, leading business operations functions, and ensuring the GCO operates effectively and achieves its revenue and profitability targets globally.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include sales performance management, sales compensation and incentive planning, pricing strategy implementation, pricing process development and management, pricing tools and systems, channel revenue management, SOX control and compliance oversight, sales operations leadership, business finance process transformation, team leadership and development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project management.

Requirements

- Proven track record of driving global process transformation, financial performance, and operational improvements within a global sales organization
