Role Overview

We are seeking an onsite Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, operates effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and understands how to translate marketing strategy into consistent, measurable daily action.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will serve as the operational engine of the marketing team, ensuring that campaigns, communications, initiatives, and practice-building efforts continue moving forward with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will function as part project manager, part creative producer, part performance analyst, and part team coordinator, balancing big-picture marketing objectives with the day-to-day execution required to bring those objectives to life.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site service business
  • Strong project management skills (Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, etc.), CMS (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
