Role Overview
Join the Global People Operations team to support key European markets, specifically France and Spain, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding experience for new hires while contributing to HR administration, employee support, and reliable payroll coordination.
What You Will Do
Provide HR service for managers and employees, manage HR processes and documentation, answer HR questions, draft employment contracts, maintain employment records, prepare and coordinate payroll, and participate in international and cross-team projects.
Why It Might Be a Fit
2.5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR admin, fluent in English and professional level in Spanish, familiar with MS-Office and HRIS, self-organized with strong attention to detail, proactive, dynamic, and focused on finding solutions.

- Familiar with MS-Office and HRIS
- Experience with BambooHR is a plus
