The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG market, strong networking skills, and the ability to train sales staff and implement promotional measures.
Requirements
- Active care and expansion of our distribution network in Central Germany
- Strengthening contacts with decision-makers on market, regional, and national levels
- Acquisition of new trade partners and securing optimal distribution of products
- Conducting sales conversations and negotiations with decision-makers in the retail sector
- Regular visits to sales locations to ensure visibility and availability of products
- Training of sales staff in the stores on our products and their added value for customers
- Implementation of promotional and marketing measures to increase sales
- Close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies
