Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy B2B Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful software solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain long-term client and prospect relationships, deliver product demonstrations and presentations, identify client needs and collaborate on tailored solutions, manage the sales pipeline through research and prospecting, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts, close deals that drive sustainable business value.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
- Background in selling software or technical solutions (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Fluent in English (Maltese is an advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
