Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth across all product lines and regions. This is a high-visibility position at the center of our sales organization, requiring a sharp analytical mind, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to turn data into decisions.
What You Will Do
Lead the development and continuous improvement of commission/sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics that inform strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization. Own the Salesforce CRM roadmap for the Sales team, driving adoption, data integrity, and the rollout of new tools and capabilities.

Requirements
- Degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related business discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in a global sales operations’ environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software systems
- Strong command of data analysis tools (excel, tableau, python)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead without authority, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
