Role Overview
The Market Data and IT Administrator will be responsible for adding and updating inventory records, reconciling invoices, and managing supplier and internal stakeholder relationships. The role requires some data analysis and management of supplier and internal stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inventory management, invoice management, and order management. The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, detail-oriented, and excellent organisation and time-management skills.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a market data role with strong inventory experience in Calero or similar
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
- Detail-oriented, brings a high degree of accuracy to data analysis and is proactive in problem solving
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
