Role Overview

Join MAS as Executive – Product Innovation & Business Development to administer the process of ideation, concept creation, and project confirmation. Collaborate with brand and other counterparts to manage projects and ensure successful completion. Embark on a journey of change with MAS.

What You Will Do

Identify market opportunities, work with the team to translate consumer needs into actionable solutions, engage in product costing and cost engineering, drive marketing efforts, and coordinate prototype/testing/concept sample development.

This role requires a degree in project management, business management, or a relevant professional qualification, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as well as knowledge and experience in managing product development.
