What You Will Do

This role combines corporate sales and activation, owning the end-to-end lifecycle through deal execution and post-sale activation to drive revenue growth and client adoption in support of Mastercard Financial Institution clients. Key responsibilities include partnering with CS sales teams, leading commercial execution, driving volume realization, optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle, enabling product adoption, and monitoring performance & identifying opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a consulting role or at a transaction bank in sales or optimization, corporate onboarding, implementation, or customer success. They will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a high-ownership mindset. Familiarity with Financial Institution operating models, KPI tracking frameworks, and performance measurement is a plus.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years working in a consulting role or at a transaction bank in sales or optimization, corporate onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
  • Proven ability to support client onboarding, activation, or post-sale implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account performance, identify risks, and surface growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset—operating independently, taking initiative, and executing effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
