Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of growth marketing strategies targeting the employer segment within the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry. The role requires a deep understanding of the unique factors influencing human resource leaders at large and mid-sized employers as they evaluate and select PBM partners.
What You Will Do
Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on employer clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the employer decision-making funnel, from awareness through retention.

Requirements
- BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
