Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Medline, you will be responsible for the overall sales in Austria, developing the strategy further, leading your team, and driving profitable growth in a highly competitive market environment.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include leadership and development of the sales team, establishment of clear performance and responsibility structures, coaching and development of employees, development and implementation of a scalable sales strategy for Austria, and responsibility for sales, growth, and profitability.

  • Confident appearance on decision-maker level
  • Experience with KPIs, forecasting, and CRM systems
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Travel readiness within Austria
