Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial & Sales Enablement Specialist to support the growth of the capital equipment business through strong project management, process improvement, and AI-enabled sales transformation.
What You Will Do
The role will help improve commercial efficiency, accelerate pipeline execution, and equip sales teams with tools and insights that increase productivity and customer impact.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or capital equipment sales
- 5+ years of project management or engineering experience, with proven ability to lead complex regional projects from planning through execution
- Strong experience in risk management, stakeholder coordination, project planning, scheduling, and execution across cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of improving commercial processes and supporting go-to-market execution in complex sales environments
- Experience with CRM systems, data analytics, and project management tools, including Microsoft Project
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); another local language will be a plus
- Exposure to AI-driven sales tools, digital transformation initiatives, and process mapping or value stream mapping
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and support business, sales operations, and new product development processes
