Sales Compensation Administration Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Compensation Administration Analyst will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales compensation programs and systems. The role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate commission processing, maintain system integrity, support audits and compliance activities, and help deliver enhancements that improve sales compensation operations.

What You Will Do

Administer commission and incentive compensation processing within the Varicent system, support sales employee promotions, compensation changes, and sales incentive programs, and gather business requirements to support the implementation of system enhancements and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of compensation, payroll, or finance experience OR Advanced degree
• Experience supporting compensation, payroll, finance, or related business processes
• Experience working with data, reporting, audits, or business process administration
• Experience collaborating across functions to support operational or system-related initiatives
• Experience with Varicent, Workday, or other compensation management systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with analytical tools and quantitative or qualitative data analysis techniques
• Experience supporting customer-facing or high-interaction business environments requiring confidentiality and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Medtronic products, business functions, sales policies, and compensation processes
