Salesforce Developer – 5-7 Years

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB).

What You Will Do

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycle, and support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.
• Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)
• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud / Data 360, MuleSoft (for integrations), Experience Cloud, Tableau, and SOAP/REST API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Experience with Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions)
• Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficial
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe Agile
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including working with stakeholders as well as evidential problem solving skills.
