Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Mercor, you will build a digital workspace to design multi-step tasks for frontier AI agents, collaborate with sales experts, and contribute to AI research and benchmarking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time account-executive or B2B enterprise-sales experience carrying a quota
  • Background in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales (full-cycle AE)
  • Experience in strategic or named-account sales with multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Strong analytical thinking and writing
