Director, Business Development – Top Partners

Role Overview

The Director, Top Partners will own and lead the Top Partners function within the Partnerships organization, managing the full lifecycle of Meta’s most strategic external partner relationships. This role spans Meta’s highest-value commercial partnerships across infrastructure, devices, platforms, and AI.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include owning Meta’s Top Partners program, serving as the deal principal on complex negotiations, developing a portfolio-wide strategy, and managing the weekly executive review and leadership deal prep cadences.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development within the technology sector
  • 8+ years focused on complex commercial negotiations or strategic transactions
  • 8+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial agreements with large technology companies at a significant scale
