Data Analyst

Role Overview

MetaPhase is seeking a Data Analyst to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic initiatives. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate trends, performance metrics, and key findings.

The role requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical support roles, and a Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, information systems, or a related field.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or related analytical support roles
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, information systems, or a related field
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting findings to executive or operational stakeholders
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to help analyze unstructured data/information
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL, or similar reporting and visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
