Role Overview

The Sr. Manager/Director, People Operations will lead the People Team and set strategy to retain, recruit, and reward talent at MeUndies. The role will drive initiatives that reinforce company values and create a best-in-class employee experience.

What You Will Do

The Sr. Manager/Director, People Operations will own HR processes across the employee lifecycle, develop and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and manage HR compliance, audits, filings, training, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations
• Prior experience leading a People Operations function as an executive team member at a company with more than 50 employees
• Ability to think strategically but also focus on tactical and operational issues
• A track record of building strong, effective teams of people with complementary skills
• Leadership experience developing talent management functions such as diversity and inclusion, learning and development, succession planning and performance management
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels – with the CEO, leadership team, board of directors, and team members
• Experience working in a start-up culture is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Organization Development or Human Resources preferred
