At Mews, we dream big and are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager who is a smart, articulate and outgoing individual with experience in hotel, travel or global distribution industries. The ideal candidate will be able to teach, train and transfer deep knowledge to clients and colleagues. The role involves leading medium and high value clients through the onboarding process, conducting training courses, and developing and maintaining training programs.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working in hospitality sector or SaaS implementation/training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced company and ready to work both independently or as part of a team
- Outgoing, social and ready to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners across various countries and at different organizational levels
- Ability to take feedback, learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Ability to collaborate and share fresh ideas and suggestions to move the company forward
- A genuine interest in innovative software and disruptive tech
- Experience with project management, training and onboarding
