Program Manager – Financial Business Operations

Role Overview

As a Program Manager in Financial Business Operations, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s online services. You will work with a team of subject matter experts to support services for over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include vendor contract ownership and lifecycle management, RFQ/RFP and vendor quote coordination, SOW development and commercial coordination, and contract renewals, extensions, and amendments.

Requirements

• High School Qualification or equivalent
• 2+ years experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments
• 2+ years experience with cost management
• 2+ years experience with industry program and/or project management skills
• 2+ years experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
