Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will conduct real estate settlements, market title services, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. You will build relationships with prospects, customers, and industry partners, and promote Sage Title’s products and services.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships, developing leads and sales opportunities, reporting business development and sales activity, and conducting real estate closings. You will also offer real estate educational seminars and adhere to company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-starter with good follow-through skills, proficient in social media and marketing database platforms, and possess strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills. You will also need to have a working knowledge of RESPA and other federal, state, and industry compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Real estate background preferred
- Notary Public Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Title Insurance License with ability to obtain appointment with company underwriter
