Data Analyst (Data Governance)

Milliman is seeking a Data Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and seamless migration of data throughout the company’s business transformation program. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role, preferably supporting large-scale system implementations or migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role
• Previous experience with data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and working with relational databases
• Previous experience with data migration and data integration tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
