Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive for one of our clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.

What You Will Do

Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role within the IT industry
• Familiarity with IT products and services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Understanding of the Sri Lankan IT market, International IT market, and business landscapes
