Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and well-organised Marketing & Events Manager to promote our real estate projects in Tbilisi. You will shape how the market sees our projects through campaigns, events, media and partnerships, and you will help the sales team generate strong demand.
What You Will Do
Develop and launch marketing initiatives for our residential projects, create and deliver events, build connections with local media outlets, and set up co-marketing partnerships.

- Confidence in managing contractors and working within budgets
- Fluency in Russian and Georgian
- A good command of English
