Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute growth programs to increase awareness, engagement, and continued usage across the Voyage AI customer journey. You will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Builder Relations, and Data Science to identify growth opportunities, launch programs, and continuously optimize the Voyage AI customer journey.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for building measurable growth strategies, segmenting audiences, testing messaging and experiences, and using data to improve performance against key business and product adoption goals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in growth marketing
- Experience designing and executing cross-sell/up-sell strategies
- Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a technical audience
- Working knowledge of the AI and LLM ecosystem
- Drive to provide the best possible experience to our customers and users
- Understanding of and appreciation for the big picture (market, customers, company) but also the details to successfully scale programs
- Passion to objectively measure your efforts and only make decisions based on data

- Experience or have a working knowledge of product-led growth strategies and KPIs
