Role Overview

Join our award-winning Business Development team as a Business Development Coordinator to support the Litigation Practice Business Development team. You’ll help execute strategic business development initiatives and coordinate day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations. Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, visual resources, and other client-facing materials. Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research, and create reports.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Three (3) years of relevant professional experience
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Proven ability to balance competing demands and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications
