The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll Operations, or HR Systems support, and strong attention to detail and process discipline.

- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Ability to manage repetitive, deadline-driven tasks with accuracy
- Clear written communication and customer-service orientation
- Collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Advanced technical skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
