Business Development – Food

We are seeking a Business Development Professional who is proactive, driven, and passionate about building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in growing MCC’s market presence while communicating our value proposition in packaging solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to research and identify potential customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
