Requirements
- College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service sales
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose relevant service solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Sales negotiation and problem-solving skills
