Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that support the Company’s strategic growth objectives within the energy, engineering, and operations markets.

What You Will Do

Create a broad network of industry contacts, build business relationships, identify new business opportunities, position the Company to negotiate or bid on Engineered Performance projects, and provide customer and competitive information.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Seven years of experience in a sales/marketing managerial role
  • Seven years of business development, sales, account, account management, or related experience within the energy, engineering, industrial, utility, or power generation industry
  • Experience preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and managing customer accounts
  • Thorough understanding and working knowledge of power generating technologies and fuels

Benefits

  • Initial salary range of $137,500 to $158,100 based on experience and qualifications
  • Hybrid or remote work may be available based on business needs
  • Automobile and commercial airline may range from 50-60% depending on assigned territory and business requirements
