Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion throughout the Greater Boston market by developing relationships with owners, developers, and property management companies of high-rise residential communities.

What You Will Do

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with multifamily property owners, developers, REITs, and property management companies throughout the Greater Boston market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B business development or enterprise sales experience
  • Experience selling to commercial real estate, multifamily housing, telecommunications, PropTech, or related industries
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience negotiating contracts with executive decision makers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Boston area
