Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our native-focused programmatic campaigns and drive the AI strategy in performance marketing forward. You will analyze existing processes, evaluate our campaigns, and develop a roadmap for AI-driven automation and implement new tools and workflows for campaign management and forecasting.

What You Will Do

You will independently plan and scale our native campaigns on Meta, Taboola, and Outbrain. You will monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance-relevant KPIs such as CAC, N-ROAS net, and CLV. You will develop new performance-oriented funnels for existing and new products.

Requirements

• Performance Marketing Experience: several years of experience in controlling and optimizing native ads on platforms like Meta, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• KPI & Data Affinity: thinking in performance-relevant metrics like CAC, N-ROAS net, CLV, and Contribution Margin.
• AI & Automation: experience with AI-driven tools and workflows in marketing or interest in building them up.
• Tracking Understanding: familiarity with attribution and server-side tracking, and understanding of the importance of clean data.
• Budget Responsibility: managing high five- to six-digit ad spend with a team.
• Communication Strength: working well with interdisciplinary teams like Creative, Data/BI, and other performance marketing channels.
• Independent Work: prioritizing use cases independently and driving projects from analysis to regular operation forward.
• Languages: fluent German, English skills an advantage.
