Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative at NAVEX, you will be part of a high-performance culture driven by values such as speed, passion, and purpose. You will work in a hybrid role, researching, prospecting, and contacting leads to generate qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will develop deep knowledge of the risk and compliance industry and build skills for further career growth.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include exceeding your monthly quota, generating qualified business opportunities, documenting and tracking leads, and acquiring in-depth knowledge of NAVEX’s risk and compliance solutions.

Requirements
- Professional fluency in English
- 1 year’s sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience
- Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove, etc.
- A tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
- Grit and know-how with a curious and creative mindset to set goals to achieve bigger outcomes
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, presentations skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives to engage and influence executive-level decision makers
