Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales support and customer service to MikroPul, Luwa and Gas Turbine customers, responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries, generating quotes, and coordinating international shipments. The role requires proficiency with MS Office Suite, Dynamics 365, and ERP systems, as well as strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Dynamics 365 (CRM), Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
• Experience with J.D. Edwards and IFS 10 (ERP) is a plus
