Position Overview
We are seeking a GTM / Integration Engineer to develop and maintain custom integrations between our products and third-party systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite. This role requires strong software development experience (Node.js, Python) and expertise in APIs and system architecture. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business development, finance, and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations to enhance functionality and user experience.
- API Management: Ensure seamless communication between systems through APIs, enabling efficient data exchange and process automation.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable system architectures that align with business objectives.
- Customer-Facing Engagement: Serve as a technical liaison, providing demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to clients and partners.
- Technical Training: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on integration functionalities and best practices.
- Tool Integration and Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of tools within the GTM tech stack.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Develop analytics frameworks to generate insights and optimize integration performance.
- Technical Support: Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent system performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, C#, and modern GTM tech stacks, including CRMs, MAPs, APIs, and AI tools.
- Business Acumen: Experience working with business development, finance, and sales teams to align integration strategies with company goals.
- Software Development Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing previous integration projects.
- API and System Architecture Knowledge: Deep understanding of APIs, automation tools, and data modeling.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to design scalable processes and meet ambitious growth targets.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, R&D, product, and operations teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Business Operations Insight: Understanding of transactional flows between customers, sales teams, and finance.
- Training Curriculum Development: Ability to design and deliver educational sessions on integration technologies.

Work Location
This position is ideally hybrid, with an office in Walnut Creek, CA. Candidates in Burbank, CA, and Portland, OR, may also be considered. Remote work is an option for exceptional candidates.
Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 USD.
