Role Overview
As a Growth / AI Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive prioritization and delivery of the product roadmap for Neumo’s product organization, with a strong focus on identifying and executing growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
You will own the product lifecycle for the innovation flywheel from market research through product definition, roadmap planning, delivery, and go-to-market strategy. You will identify customer issues, develop prototypes, drive pilots, and use AI-assisted coding tools to build functional prototypes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management (B2B software experience preferred)
- 2+ years of experience being technical or technically conversant working with platform technologies and platform teams
- Required experience with platform services in a SaaS and SaaS-adjacent model
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted coding tools to build functional prototypes or ship production code
- Experience working within or contributing to a design system
- Working knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a modern framework such as React)
- Demonstrated experience in building business cases, understanding cost and pricing structures
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and analysis tools to support research, documentation, and day-to-day product work
- Experience with growth methodologies and the analytics tooling to support them
- Experience in government technology at the state and local level highly preferred
