Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing clients in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or PropTech solutions, with the ability to understand customer requirements and position technology solutions that solve business challenges.
What You Will Do
Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at real estate companies and agencies. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, PropTech, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value to clients.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing enterprise or corporate accounts.
