Role Overview
The Lead Product Manager will own a portfolio of internal products with real users, a measured quality bar, adoption targets, and sunset decisions. The role will lead a cross-functional group of engineers without direct reporting lines, delivering through shared goals, written agreements, and visible artifacts.
What You Will Do
The Lead Product Manager will define the product vision, direction, and strategy for a 12-18 month roadmap, prioritize and allocate capacity, and make build-versus-buy recommendations. They will also design and ship generative or agentic AI capabilities, define what ‘good enough’ means for an AI feature, and create or scale a design system.
