Sr. Data Operations Analyst

The Senior Data Operations Analyst is responsible for executing and monitoring day-to-day production cycles with strict adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Execute daily and periodic production cycles in line with defined quality, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) standards
  • Perform data input operations and validation across assigned markets and datasets
  • Identify data anomalies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore, offshore, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
  • Adhere to and contribute to the documentation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process efficiency improvements
  • Develop and execute basic automation solutions using SQL, Python, or Excel macros
  • Support CIP deployments, system enhancements, and adoption of new tools and features
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
  • Operate efficiently in a virtual, multicultural, and geographically distributed work environment
