Nivoda is a rapidly scaling global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the front line of our North American growth, identifying and qualifying prospective jewelry businesses and building the pipeline that powers our expansion.
Requirements
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and tailor outreach that resonates
- Qualify inbound leads efficiently, ensuring the right conversations get to the right AEs at the right time
- Book and hand off high-quality discovery calls to the Account Executive team, with clear notes and context
- Maintain a clean and accurate CRM (we use Salesforce), pipeline hygiene matters here
- Collaborate closely with AEs and marketing to refine messaging, test new sequences, and share what’s working
