Role Overview

Northern Trust Asset Management’s global marketing strategy is evolving, and the Marketing Operations Specialist position is a generalist role within the production team in Marketing Operations. The production team establishes and adapts the update cycle process and procedures to create scale and mitigate marketing/business risk.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Operations Specialist has primary responsibility for the updating, maintenance, and production of quarterly and annual performance marketing content and materials across print and digital platforms. The role will require strong collaboration and partnership within Marketing and across Data Operations and Technology, Product Development and Management, Investments and Client Portfolio Management, Compliance and Legal, and Distribution to establish clear objectives and priorities.

• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records

• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Creative and technical abilities across the Microsoft office suite, including Copilot
