Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will own the end-to-end development and delivery of capital equipment quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation. They will manage quotation priorities, drive timely proposal delivery, and serve as the commercial lead for assigned opportunities.
What You Will Do
The Inside Sales Representative will execute contract reviews, purchase order validation, and order entry activities, manage commercial clarifications, change requests, and order modifications, and lead commercial handoff activities.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to commercial accuracy
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, contracts, purchase orders, and commercial documentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, proposal management, order management, customer service, or related commercial functions
