Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Demand Generation & Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own account-based demand generation programs for priority enterprise audiences, building target-account programs from the ground up and collaborating with Sales to align on account priorities and engagement plans.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated campaigns across events, email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and retargeting, building and optimizing nurture journeys, and defining campaign logic and engagement signals to move prospects through qualification and into pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B ABM, demand generation, lifecycle, campaign, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience building and running account-based programs for enterprise audiences
  • Ability to move from idea to execution, build structure where none exists, and turn early learnings into repeatable programs
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM, particularly HubSpot
  • Analytical eye to read campaign and account-level performance and find practical improvements
  • Strong project management and writing skills
