Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to own the finance applications around our ERP (NetSuite) and the IT general controls over them. Based in New York, you’ll partner with finance process owners and report to the Director, Finance Tech.
What You Will Do
Administer and support applications across procurement and accounts payable, financial planning and analysis, consolidation and close, travel and expenses, and treasury. Maintain platform stability and identify proactive improvements.

Requirements
- Experience administering finance applications outside the ERP across areas such as procurement, planning, close, expense and treasury.
- Experience administering integrations between finance systems, including monitoring, failure resolution and data consistency.
- Experience supporting external audits from the systems side, including producing access and change evidence.
- Ability to design end-to-end system processes with controls and compliance requirements in mind.
- Experience managing support queues across several systems with competing priorities.
- Willingness to stay current with product releases and take ownership of new applications as they are added.
