Role Overview
As a Design & Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Nasdaq’s sales teams connect with clients through high-quality, brand-aligned content, presentations, and digital experiences. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a passion for turning complex information into compelling visual stories in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You Will Do
Design and manage sales enablement content across digital platforms, lead the redesign and development of presentation materials, create and optimize training and certification assets, produce and manage the monthly sales enablement newsletter, edit and deliver polished video content, and lead small design initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in content design, sales enablement, or a related creative field
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs within deadline-driven environments
- Clear communicator with experience collaborating across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, or similar platforms
