Selling Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Selling Sales Manager in our Arizona Market, you will support prospective guests and sales counselors, leading them through a planned road map presentation & demonstration about Oakwood Homes, Lifestyle, Community, Model Homes & Homes Sites. You will report to the Director of Sales and communicate with guests, members, and associates.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day sales activities, assisting with Manager on Duty responsibilities, and maintaining guest satisfaction through regular follow-up and follow-through. You will also be responsible for maintaining models and community appearance, recruiting and training sales counselors, and participating in community networking and realtor relations.

You will be responsible for managing contingencies, administering MLS, EDFM, and third-party listings, and working independently to carry out assignments to completion.
